Android l -TheTeachingEye
Android l -TheTeachingEye

as seen in the graph kit kit was not able to grab the market position well. but still google is looking for new os Android 'l'. This leak indicated that this will be most dramatic User Interface. New shapes are also introduced and the transition animations are cool. we can feel the animation inside as well as in between the app switch. Shapes are simplified and there are smooth transition animations across the UI. And those animations aren't just inside apps; they can also be between apps.

If you still find yourself wishing for a longer battery life, there's a new battery saver mode than can extend standby time by up to 90 minutes by turning off unessential services. so many useful functions are added.

The most focusing part of the story is Material design.
here is the preview of that.

Larger Screens of iphone this session

i phone screens are getting larger this time as per the report.

as per the article form bloomberg suppliers in China will begin mass production of its largest iPhones ever next month. The phones will have display screens that are 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches across, when measured diagonally -- a major leap from the 4-inch displays on the iPhone 5S and 5C.
Such a move would appear to be an effort to keep up with the competition. Rival smartphones, most notably those from Samsung, have been packing ever-larger displays in recent years. If these rumors are true, the bigger iPhone would nearly match the screen size of Samsung's massive Galaxy Note 3, with its pocket-busting, 5.7-inch "phablet" display.
iphone-TheTeachingEye

Last year, Apple borrowed from the playbook of Samsung and other competitors by releasing the high-end iPhone 5S and the cheaper, more colorful 5C model. Almost a year later, the plastic iPhone 5C sells for as low as $99 with a wireless contract. For the previous six years, Apple had offered only a single, iconic phone even as competitors rolled out phones with many sizes, shapes and prices.

Microsoft Is Giving Apple Users Hundreds To Buy the Surface Pro 3

Microsoft is once again throwing huge sums of money at customers to try to convince them to buy its products. The company is offering up to $650 toward the purchase of its new Surface Pro 3 to customers that trade in a MacBook Air that’s in decent condition. The deal, which runs through July 31, is only available in Microsoft’s physical retail stores.
TheTeachingEye

The Surface Pro 3 has been billed by Microsoft as a true laptop-tablet hybrid. That Microsoft is targeting the MacBook Air rather than the iPad with the new promotion indicates the company believes its new product can go toe-to-toe with laptops in terms of functionality.
Even in the best-case scenario where a customer gets the full $650 deal (the actual discount depends on the model of MacBook and its working condition), the cheapest model of the Surface Pro 3, at $799, will still require $150 out of pocket. MacBook Airs start a bit pricier at $899, but the base model has 128GB of internal memory compared to the entry-level Surface Pro 3’s 64GB.

The Nokia X2 Microsoft's First Android Smartphone

The Nokia X2, the first Android-based smartphone being made by Microsoft.

The Nokia X2 is priced at €99 before taxes and subsidies (a little up on the original Nokia X’s €89 price-tag), and has a slightly larger screen (4.3 inches vs 4 inches), along with a beefier processor (1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor vs 1GHz dual-core in the original device).

TheTeachingEye

Otherwise it’s much the same fare, with the handset coming in a range of eye-popping colours and featuring Nokia’s blend of UI experiences — with a Windows Phone-esque tiles-based homescreen, combined with Nokia’s Fast Lane notifications screen, plus plentiful Microsoft (and Nokia) services preloaded, including Skype, Outlook, OneDrive, Mix Radio, Here Maps; and — of course — access to Android apps.
The X2 also supports dual-SIM — a popular feature in emerging markets where Microsoft will be hoping the Nokia X platform can better compete with other Android rivals than Windows Phone has been able to, thanks to those plentiful Android apps — and by reaching a lower price tag than entry level Lumias can.
The Nokia X2 extends the original trio of devices on the platform which were the Nokia X, X+ and XL.
Below is a Microsoft demo video of the X2:

The vast majority of the iphone 6 consideration has concentrated on a reputed 4.7-inch show that is required to speak to the main part of offer, however Apple is said to additionally be chipping away at a much bigger 5.5-inch display that may dispatch nearby or in the months after the introduction of the 4.7-inch model. 4.7-inch show with a 1704×960 determination and pixel thickness of 416 ppi, and the second model with a 5.5-inch show with a 1704×960 determination showcase and pixel thickness of 356 ppi. Nokia's Charging Pants

Nokia’s devices team is getting pretty experimental under the ownership of Microsoft. Today the group unveiled its latest product, a pair of pants with built-in wireless charging. That’s not exactly what we meant when we wondered if Nokia was planning to release a wearable device.
http://teachingeye.blogspot.in/
Add caption

It may sound ridiculous, but it’s actually a pretty cool idea when you think about it. Nokia used the same wireless technology included in its DC-50 charging pad, but this time it’s built right into your pants pocket. Just slide your Qi-compatible smartphone into your pocket and it will automatically start charging. The charger itself is barely visible, so your friends won’t know just how geeky you are unless you tell them first.
Nokia’s pants are part of a new “Modern Man” collection from British fashion design Adrien Sauvage, but don’t worry you’ll still be able to buy a pair of your own. Nokia says the pants will be available on Amazon “soon,” though there’s no word on how much these designer trousers will actually cost.

Nokia's New DC-50 Portable Wireless Charging Station

Nokia had so much to cover during its Oct. 22 press event yesterday that the company had to leave a few accessories out, including the DC-50, a sleek new wireless charging plate designed specifically for the Lumia 1520, but with support for other handsets as well.
http://teachingeye.blogspot.in/

The DC-50 comes in yellow, white, blue or red. It’s a portable charger, and when it runs out of power you can plug it in via micro-USB or simply place it on top of another Qi charger—if you happen to have a second one lying around. The new charging plate weighs just 150 grams. It’s 12 mm thick with a height and width of 69 x 134 mm.
It’s nice to see Nokia putting a real emphasis on wireless charging, and we appreciate that it builds the tech into some of its phones. Other companies force their customers to purchase a separate back panel, though to be fair Nokia does for some models, too. The DC-50 may be specifically designed for Nokia’s new 6-inch phablet, but it’s designed to work with any Qi-enabled device, including the Lumia 1020 and Lumia 925, with back plates, and Lumia 920.

Nokia Smartwatch Incoming, Patent Filing Suggests

Does Nokia, and by association Microsoft, have a smartwatch coming down the pipeline? It appears so, at least according to a new patent application that was filed two months ago and published Thursday.
The application for a “Multi-segment Wearable Accessory” describes a device with a processor, a memory module and a display and can be “worn by the user so as to reduce the number of independent mobile terminals that the user must otherwise carry.” That suggests it could operate independently of a smartphone or tablet, though we imagine Microsoft and Nokia will want this to work closely with Windows Phone and Windows.
http://teachingeye.blogspot.in/

Nokia’s patent also discusses a possible touch screen, touch areas, soft keys, a microphone, a speaker and other components that, it sounds like, could help the device serve as a communication accessory similar to the Samsung Galaxy Gear. Commands might also be executed through gestures, as the patent describes a “shaking action a user may make when attempting to re-seat a watch on his wrist” that could be confused with an attempt to shake the watch in order to “collapse all” information on the display. As you’ll note in the picture above, content could also appear on multiple displays.
Samsung’s Galaxy Gear is the latest foray into the wearable mobile accessory territory, though several other firms including Apple are rumored to be hard at work on similar devices.
